Roma’s Squad Nearly Complete as Players Return from Injury
Roma’s injury crisis is subsiding, with several key players returning to fitness ahead of their match against Parma. The game is scheduled for Sunday at 11:30 GMT at the Stadio Olimpico.
The Giallorossi have struggled with numerous injuries throughout the season, which has limited their tactical options. However, manager Claudio Ranieri received positive news as defenders Gianluca Mancini and Mats Hummels, along with midfielder Manu Koné, have been declared fit to play.
With these returns, Bryan Cristante is now the only player remaining on Roma’s injury list due to an ankle sprain. Additionally, Leandro Paredes has recovered from a bout of flu that had also affected Hummels earlier.
Roma are looking to rebound after a 2-0 Serie A loss to Como last weekend. They showed signs of improvement midweek with a convincing 4-0 victory over Sampdoria in the Coppa Italia.
