Roma and Juventus Set Sights on Raspadori Amid Dybala Departure Rumors

As Paulo Dybala’s potential move to Galatasaray in January gains traction, Roma and Juventus are reportedly turning their attention to Napoli’s Giacomo Raspadori as a possible replacement. The 24-year-old Italian forward has struggled for playing time under Antonio Conte at Napoli this season, making him an attractive target for clubs seeking offensive reinforcements.

Dybala’s likely exit from Roma has sparked a search for a suitable successor. Raspadori, who has made just two Serie A starts this season, is emerging as a prime candidate. His limited role at Napoli, especially following Romelu Lukaku’s arrival, has put him on the radar of several top Italian clubs.

Juventus, in particular, has shown interest in Raspadori. The club’s current director, Cristiano Giuntoli, was responsible for bringing the young striker to Napoli in 2022, adding an intriguing dimension to their pursuit.

Earlier in the summer, Atalanta had made a substantial offer for Raspadori, reportedly around €25 million plus €10 million in add-ons, which Napoli rejected. However, the landscape has changed since then, with Raspadori’s diminished role potentially altering Napoli’s stance on a transfer.

Roma faces a crucial decision in the coming weeks. They may choose to pursue Raspadori aggressively or opt for an internal solution, potentially elevating Matias Soulé’s role under manager Claudio Ranieri until the end of the season.

As the January transfer window approaches, the situation surrounding Dybala, Raspadori, and the interested clubs continues to evolve, promising an intriguing narrative in Italian football.
