Real Madrid Midfielder Valverde Praises Mbappe’s Impact on Team
Real Madrid midfielder Federico Valverde has shared his thoughts on the influence that forward Kylian Mbappe has had on the team since joining the club.
The French footballer made the move to Madrid this summer, signing a contract with Los Blancos until 2029. Previously, he had been playing for Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).
“He’s a role model in the dressing room, and other players really look up to him,” Valverde said, as quoted by Madrid Xtra. “Kylian is one of the best players in the world, and we need to show him our appreciation.”
In the current season, the 26-year-old Mbappe has played 16 matches for Real Madrid in La Liga, scoring 10 goals and providing 3 assists.
Valverde’s comments highlight the positive impact Mbappe has had on the team both on and off the field. His arrival has not only boosted Real Madrid’s attacking prowess but also seems to have elevated the overall team spirit and performance standards.
