PSG’s Potential Lineup Against Monaco: Nuno Mendes Questionable

Paris Saint-Germain has an opportunity to increase their lead in Ligue 1 to 10 points if they secure a victory against AS Monaco at the Stade Louis II on Wednesday evening.

For this crucial match, PSG might be without Nuno Mendes. The Portuguese player sustained a minor thigh injury during the recent win over Olympique Lyonnais and was absent from Tuesday’s training session. This suggests he may not participate in the Monaco game, or at the very least, lose his starting position. Lucas Hernandez, who has recently returned from a long-term injury, is the most probable replacement, although Lucas Beraldo could also step in.

Presnel Kimpembe is expected to remain sidelined. There’s a possibility that Ousmane Dembélé could start as a false 9, with Randal Kolo Muani likely to be left out of the starting lineup.

PSG’s Projected Lineup vs Monaco

Gianluigi Donnarumma; Lucas Hernandez, Willian Pacho, Marquinhos, Achraf Hakimi; João Neves, Vitinha, Warren Zaïre-Emery; Bradley Barcola, Ousmane Dembélé, Lee Kang-in.
