Manchester United has reportedly reached out to Victor Osimhen, currently on loan at Galatasaray from Napoli. The Premier League club may need to pay over €75 million to secure the striker’s services in January.

Osimhen, who joined Galatasaray on loan in September after potential moves to Chelsea and Saudi Arabia fell through, has been in exceptional form. He has netted 12 goals and provided 5 assists in just 15 appearances across all competitions.

While Osimhen’s contract includes a €90 million release clause, set to decrease to €80 million at the season’s end, Napoli is reportedly willing to consider offers around €75 million in January. Any interested club may also need to compensate Galatasaray for terminating the loan early.

According to transfer expert Sacha Tavolieri, Manchester United has already initiated contact with Osimhen’s representatives. Personal terms are not expected to be an issue. The Red Devils, struggling in the Premier League, are seeking a striker who aligns with new coach Ruben Amorim’s tactical approach.

Other potential suitors for Osimhen in January could include Paris Saint-Germain and possibly Juventus. The Nigerian international’s impressive performances have put him on the radar of several top European clubs.
