Galatasaray Makes Lucrative Offer for Roma’s Dybala
Multiple Italian media outlets report that Turkish powerhouse Galatasaray has extended a €10 million annual contract offer to Roma’s Argentine forward Paulo Dybala.
The Istanbul-based club is seeking to fill the void left by striker Mauro Icardi, who is sidelined for the remainder of the season due to a knee injury. Galatasaray views Dybala as an ideal replacement to bolster their attacking options.
Despite the generous offer, sources indicate that Dybala is reluctant to depart Roma midseason unless the club explicitly wishes to sell him. The 29-year-old previously turned down a lucrative offer from Saudi Arabian side Al Qadsiah last summer, demonstrating his commitment to Roma at the time.
However, with only six months remaining on his current contract and no discussions of an extension from Roma, Dybala’s future at the Stadio Olimpico remains uncertain. His agent, Carlos Novel, recently met with Galatasaray representatives and attended one of their home matches, fueling speculation about a potential move.
As the January transfer window approaches, all eyes will be on whether Roma decides to cash in on Dybala or if the Argentine star opts to see out his contract with the Italian club.
