Falcao’s Insights on AC Milan’s Struggles

Paulo Roberto Falcao, the ex-Brazilian midfielder who played for Roma, recently shared his views on AC Milan’s current situation in a Sky interview:

“It’s not just about wearing the jersey; it’s about truly loving the team and respecting the fans who always expect more. The crucial aspect is what you can contribute, beyond simply respecting the club colors. It’s about having genuine affection for the organization you’re playing and working for. This, in my opinion, is fundamental.”

Falcao continued, “Costacurta’s observation about the pillars of the team is accurate. They took too long to rebuild Milan, and the club has been paying for it over the past 4-6 years. I believe the key is to find… because while all players naturally want to win, the coach must carefully assess how to bring out the best in his squad.”

“I agree that the management’s role is critical at this juncture. If Fonseca has to deliver another speech like his previous one, he might risk losing the players’ trust and support.”
