Evani Endorses Mancini for Milan’s Head Coach Position
Alberico Evani, a former AC Milan player, has expressed his support for Roberto Mancini to take over as the head coach of Milan. Having worked alongside Mancini in the national team, Evani believes he would be an excellent fit for the club.
“Mancini’s resume speaks for itself,” Evani stated. “He has managed top-tier teams and possesses a wealth of experience. I’ve played alongside him and witnessed his strong character. As a coach, he’s refined his approach and would bring back the team spirit that Milan currently lacks.”
During the interview, Evani also commented on Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s new role as a director at the club. “Ibrahimovic needs time to gain experience in his new position. He’s faced some challenges, but he’s intelligent and has a strong personality. However, he must adapt his mindset, moving away from his identity as a great player and fully embracing his new role. Milan requires a high-caliber director, and Ibrahimovic has the potential to grow into that position.”
