Leroy Sane Comments on Potential New Contract with Bayern Munich

Following Bayern Munich’s impressive 5-1 victory over RB Leipzig in the 15th round of the Bundesliga, forward Leroy Sane shared his thoughts on his contract situation. The German international’s current agreement with the club is set to expire in June 2025.

“I definitely want to stay at Bayern,” Sane stated in an interview with Sky Sport. “Max Eberl (the club’s sporting director) has been discussing this matter frequently, and I’ve also expressed my views. Things are progressing well, so we’ll see how it unfolds.”

Sane joined Bayern Munich in 2020 after transferring from Manchester City. The 27-year-old winger has become an integral part of the Bavarian side’s attacking force since his arrival. As contract talks continue, both the player and the club seem optimistic about reaching an agreement for an extension.
